Pros

Got my foot in the door and introduced me to the industry.

Cons

I was not paid for several months of work, despite many promises by my employer. I was expected to work many overnight shifts without compensation or accommodation. Dramatically understaffed office and disorganized systems made getting anything done nearly impossible.

Pros

Casual and relaxed environment. Friendly and welcoming co-workers. Valuable work and professional experience related to my academic and career ambitions.

Cons

There are no cons, except that the location is a little difficult to find the first time.

Pros

The work is interesting and the office is conveniently located right off of the NJ Turnpike. The company (from what I heard) was a great place to work in its hay day. If you are offered employment here, keep your guard up and do some research, but if it all checks out then give it a shot. Keep the cons below in mind, however.

Cons

Due to a number of factors (mainly ineptitude on a number of levels including management), very little money was coming in and several of the staff at RLDG were not paid for months. Rather than discuss possible solutions, the CEO instead made empty promises of upcoming paydays, was angry that those trying to help weren't doing it fast enough, and lied to employees about the satisfaction of customers. As of the time I am writing this review I am still owed over $3,500. If the company recovers from this it may be a worthwhile place to work, but I could not justify a fourth pay period missed.
