Great coworkers who made each shift fun and enjoyable, even when customers weren't. I became a great group of friends even once I left Rumbi. Flexible schedule while in school and balancing another job. The pay was decent and if you were scheduled a long shift or full time, you got a scheduled lunch break.

The biggest cons are that the menu changes very frequently and whoever is upper management can make or break a shift. The frequent menu changes lead to a lot of upset customers as well as confusion for the workers at times and sometimes changes were announced unexpectedly by upper management without warning, so it would throw everyong off.
