Worst IT Recruitment firm - Technical Recruiter Rumztech Solutions Employee Review

One company who teaches freshers how to become rock solid in their career. I saw a negative review and just want to tell candidate who abscond and dont perform write such reviews. I am working in corporate today with teh experience i got from this company. Many of my ex-colleagues from this company are working in corporate. good exposure. If you cant work with pressure in initial time of your career you cant grow.

Worst company i have ever seen in my entire career. They will treat you as if you are slave. Management doesnt know how to treat employees. for every little thing they will scold you. and when you you enter the office they will keep your personal you are not allowed to use your phones. The will not switch on the AC to save Electricity . The infrastructure is also very bad they will give you plastic to sit which is very uncomfortable. The washrooms are the worst and for so many employee they just have one washroom that too is very untidy. Last and not the least the compensation part the salary cycle is you have to work from 1st to 30th of the month but you will get your salary on 10th next month,
