      Pros

      A lots of opportunity for product to grow. Great product direction. Company has a nice potential to be a national company. Always WFO. Friendly management, friendly HR, friendly coworkers. Has ESOP program. Nice yearly salary increment.

      Cons

      No clear career growth, no CTO/Engineering VP so engineering has no long-term planning. Sudden deadlines in the middle of the sprint.
