Not a single thing. Mid sized organisation but they consider themselves to have MNC culture wherein they are blind and biased towards few of the employees .

If the management is biased towards good employees that can still be considered. But the management is biased towards one such employee who rottens the whole environment. She keeps on disturbing everyone most of the times, she insults the Company HR without knowing anything about the HR subject matter and just boasts about her salary to be double of what she receives. She has the habit of shouting and laughing loudly and disturbing other employees. Also little knowledge is a dangerous thing which perfectly applies to her - she pokes her nose into everything without having any knowledge. She considers herself to be HR without knowing the basics of HR. She is very toxic but the management is blind. Any HR joining please beware of this girl.
