      Runner EDQ provides a positive and friendly work environment for anyone employed. Whether you are a top salesman or an intern, you receive the same amount of respect from everyone on the team. Greg and his staff are ready and willing to help with anything one might be struggling with, there is truly no such thing as a stupid question. Any ideas can be brought to the table and discussed with the entire team without fear of criticism or judgement. It is truly a pleasure to come to work each day!

      Some of our sales and marketing processes need to be updated/refined.

      Pros

      The boss is very personable and interactive with the coworkers. He does not look down on us, but puts himself in our shoes and makes working fun and easy while making it possible to be the most effective and efficient employees possible.

      Pros

      Great new office location in Boca Raton. Great data quality products with lots of untapped sales potential. Very competitive compensation packages. Benefits package to compete with the big tech firms (10 holidays and great PTO accrual). Executive management team is really starting to come together with the vision.

      Cons

      Need more sales and marketing leadership.
