Toxic Work Culture - Technician Running Tide Employee Review

Absolutely horrible management. Not very surprising for this type of carbon start up. Young managers with little to no experience trying to make some pretty lofty goals happen. Due to the inexperience work flow is hindered. One specific manager of the maritime team is very toxic. He’s young and likes to micro manage every aspect of the job. He discusses employees salaries openly and tries to create a competitive environment. Overall I’m glad that I got the experience I did. It truly helped me in seeing what not to be as a manager.
