No consequences for poor work ethic and dangerous behavior, unless you are on the outside of main clique. Trained over 20 employees on front end and cashier just to watch them get promoted and I was still just a cashier. Then once I was promoted after doing the extra work for 6 months. But my title is purely decorative, I'm just a cashier who does everything with no reward
