Lack of training & development; no opportunity to progress - Anonymous employee Runpath Employee Review

Processes exist but not enforced and followed; high pressure environment which can be avoided if processes are adhered to; overall poor leadership from the management team Very limited amount of training, no formal performance feedback and pay review process the entire time I was there, no employee retention policy, a poor place to work if you wish to progress in your career Due to a lack of formal performance review people can get by with doing minimum work; whereas others will go the extra mile but will not get compensated fairly by their hard work
