      Pros

      There are no processes so you will get a lot of liberty (use it wisely, most people in organisation don't)

      Cons

      Botched up attendance process Owner centric company No decision making powers to middle or top management High ego- MD, Top Management to office boy HR is only for namesake Good chance of you getting legally charged (lot of illegal or bad practices at multiple levels) You can't quit when you want or you will have to pay to company Incompetent individuals are recruited at various levels No employee motivation or interesting perks Extended hours of working

      Pros

      There are no pros working for a banya company. On face of it HR will show they are professional but once u start working you will realize the actual state

      Cons

      Badly managed company!! No benefits or anything for the employees. Employees are treated very badly. Management believes only in one way communication. HR is as good as not being there. Please save yourself and don't join.
