      Management has a open door policy, Subodh Runwal listens to all his employees when it comes to implementing ideas. Salary is above industry average for deserving candidates Good exposure to all departments World class projects

      Long working Hours, Should shift to a 5 day working week

      Pros

      There are no pros working for a banya company. On face of it HR will show they are professional but once u start working you will realize the actual state

      Cons

      Badly managed company!! No benefits or anything for the employees. Employees are treated very badly. Management believes only in one way communication. HR is as good as not being there. Please save yourself and don't join.
