The company provides exposure to good projects and opportunities to learn. However, one of the key challenges employees face is job security, as many find themselves under pressure every 3–6 months to retain their roles. Women employees, especially after returning from maternity leave, can feel a lack of support and respect despite their contributions during and after pregnancy.

Only Chairman Mr. P R Agarwal is a very good person but due to age he has shifted from business. Nothing in my opinion.

Poor Management, Worst Marwari work culture, poor salary structure, no vision and mission of the directors, Always busy with spending money for luxury and personal expenses, no employee benefit, bios with Marwari employees, no proper work methodology, poor office ambience with unhygienic place to work,
