Pros

Strong Engineering Culture: The company has a mature and modern engineering culture that promotes autonomy, code quality, and continuous improvement. Peer reviews are constructive, and technical decisions are made thoughtfully. Challenging and Meaningful Work: As a senior engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to lead high-impact projects, work with scalable systems, and solve real-world problems. The tech stack is modern, and we’re encouraged to explore and adopt new tools when it makes sense. Supportive Leadership: My manager and tech leads are approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in the growth of the team. I’ve always felt heard, and my input is valued in both technical and product discussions. Career Growth Opportunities: Clear career path with regular performance reviews, mentorship, and plenty of room to take on leadership responsibilities if desired. Flexible and Healthy Work Culture: Great work-life balance. Flexible hours, remote-friendly environment, and a strong culture of trust and accountability. People respect boundaries, and burnout is actively avoided. Great Benefits and Perks: Competitive salary, generous PTO, wellness stipends, learning budgets, and a strong focus on employee well-being.

Cons

Honestly, very few. Like any company, there are occasional growing pains as we scale, but leadership is proactive in addressing them.

Pros

You will make good friends due to the toxic environment.

Cons

The management is very toxic and they micromanage a lot. They act like it is a school. You are expected to sit on your designated seats. They keep track of how many breaks you take. You are not even allowed to sit with your coworkers, even if you are collaborating on anything, you are expected to sit alone and do your own work. You are expected to attend stand-up in person every day at 10:30 am, and if you miss it for a few days, then they call you and ask you why you are not attending the stand-up. The good reviews which you see are all fake reviews.
