management are atrocious and sack anyone who defend their rights, low pay, zero respect and racism, no appreciation for hard work means most just do bare minimum, news stories are often propaganda coming from Moscow/management which journalists/editors have to copy and paste, bad job prospects after you quit, forced flexible working hours and shift work means no free time to live, you will become a drone for the company or else, don't work here if you want a job anywhere in europe afterwards
