      Pros

      50% of the staff fantastic, the rest awful. Asking for minimum of 20 words on pros but honestly can’t even manage that!

      Cons

      Staff treat awfully, Xmas party cancelled, Management detached from the day to day runnings. Underpay staff compared to market value, wrongfully diamiss members of staff who deserve to be treat better.

      Highly committed work force who respond to strong leadership and always want to do their best for the customer

      Too many personal agendas at play which prevents the business focusing on the customers needs
