Pros
Chill work environment in the sense that it is a surf company. flexible with appointments. Enjoyed supplier trips.
Cons
Not the nicest work environment. Management control with a tight iron fist. Employees leave all the time very disgruntled with the work environment and treatment. I have seen some abominable acts on managements behalf. Design jobs used to be better but everything is copied now, the career progression is limited to nil in this aspect. They don't like to hire in house but like to get in outside newbies who are ofter overwhelmed at the start.
