Pros
RxAdvance is a great organization to work. Excellant goal oriented and innovative company. I learned a lot about PBM operations, Medicare related rules. Team coordination is excellant. All team members are very friendly and goal oriented. This helps a lot to learn the things quickly and also helps to finish project deadlines on time.
Cons
No as such. but only one minor thing is need to work long hours.
