DO NOT WORK HERE! - Data Reporting RxAdvance Employee Review

Poor management, CEO hires family even if they are not qualified, very underhanded and sneaky, poor work-life balance, they expect you to work long hours and somehow tell you that you are exempt from overtime....these people make up their own set of rules, management has no clue how to run their departments but since they are related, it doesn't matter! CEO was IKA Systems which was run the same way, I should have listened to those reviews and saved myself a lot of stress and aggravation. DO NOT WORK HERE!
