- No work life balance after new client has joined since 2021. - Seeks for new clients while the department is falling apart. - No growth in the company, if so, it would take a decade. - Poor management, we need people with experience. - Management value the people who do less work, while people who work more need to ask for a raise and a promotion. - Training needs improvement plan. - Rumors are spread quickly like COVID-19, be careful with what you share.
