If you enjoy being overworked and underpaid, bullied by management, and working under the directive of "because I said so" then join this company.
Cons
The product owner and management have no idea how software development works and they have absolutely no desire to learn (despite numerous attempts to teach them). Everyone is constantly chasing a moving target and employees are confused by lack of communication and transparency. The only culture that exists is toxic and there seems to be no real desire to change. Management does not care about their employees and they will look for ways to fire you if you challenge any of their thinking/ideas.
