The rewards are extremely generous for those who perform and treat their clients well. Creativity is encouraged and expected with results being a function of the willingness of management to allow the consultants to do whatever is needed to ensure the best outcome.
Cons
This place is not for everyone. Being accountable and driving toward exceptional results is characteristic of this culture and not for everyone. Many who want to be pampered and blame others for their lack of success will not like Ryan.
