      Pros

      Ryan offers an amazing work environment for professional development and growth. The company offers great work flexibly, which is an added bonus for working mothers. I love how Ryan as a whole is results driven and not counting minutes on the clock.

      Cons

      The commute home from the office is slower than molasses! Hopefully the city will invest in better infrastructure in the near future.
