      Pros

      Great workplace flexibility. Office culture is easy going and coworkers are very hard working. Great incentives to work harder; performance based bonuses. Nice location.

      Cons

      When I first started it was very hard to balance several projects at a time. There are many moving parts to the process, so you are required to sharpen your attention where it is most needed.
