Always on a tax/accounting cycle so you can plan your life around busy/slow season My manager was great, heard conflicting stories about others Hiring non-college educated employees for similar work Senior Management very personable

Low pay for comparable positions elsewhere Potential for advancement only through education, not purely through work Not great in the YoY feedback 1-2 "company/team building events" per year, even before covid
