Very Good Entry level position - Analyst Ryan Employee Review

I work in a small Single Family unit with five other girls. Some don't want you to learn and can try to hold you back. There is also not enough structure in our small department and no CLEAR leadership which leads to inconsistent behaviors and unethical practices among employees. Ryan as a whole is a good company to work for, but my department needs much improvement.
