Pros
Very friendly welcoming company, made you feel at home from day one. Family run business and you can tell by the homely feel to the company as opposed to a big corporate entity where you’re just a statistic. Great staff members - genuinely don’t have a bad thing to say about the members of staff here. Good working hours Company cars of a good standard Excellent mentoring from the sales manager - Winston Lee.
Cons
Unfortunately COVID has been a speed bump in my journey at Rydal communications, but other than that, there was no cons to mention. Perhaps greater organisation on regular sales meetings. Bit more of a structure.
