      Pros

      Salary, benefits are good. Not many places to work in this sector in the D.C. Metro area. They provide a lot of forums to give input from the ground up. Great camaraderie among employees.

      Cons

      Department leadership and above ignores issues until they hit critical mass. Failure to think outside the box due to risk aversion has allowed other market players to move pat them.

      Rydex Investments have very good Benefits, salary, easy to take time off plus pretty free scheduler, bonuses are also good.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good and you get market holidays off. Overall its a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Very low pay for the industry, lack of mobility within the company. Despite how hard you may work in most of the positions here, you won't be compensated extra = lack of motivation at times for anyone looking for much more.
