      Pros

      Great, smart people around. Can learn as quickly as you can soak it in. A lot of people have been around for a long time, and have a lot to share.

      Cons

      Turned into a large company with decisions being made offsite. Small company feel is definitely gone. Still a good place, just not great anymore.

      Rydex Investments have very good Benefits, salary, easy to take time off plus pretty free scheduler, bonuses are also good.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good and you get market holidays off. Overall its a great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Very low pay for the industry, lack of mobility within the company. Despite how hard you may work in most of the positions here, you won't be compensated extra = lack of motivation at times for anyone looking for much more.
