      Pros

      Place does an amazing job at making you feel welcome and part of an extended family. They are willing to work with you, to meet your needs so that it's good for you and the company. Working conditions are great. Management is friendly, polite, professional, and respectful. Plenty of room for growth and advancement! And learning new skills, etc. Your voice is heard. And teamwork is a big part of their values. Good benefits & wages.

      Cons

      With rapid growth at times there can be some miscommunication within the company, so patience is needed at times. And they were working vigorously on coming up with a solution.

      Pros

      Open, Honest Culture. Value Driven team. Challenging and exciting problem solving work that matters. Not your conventional workplace. We don't look for standard employees who need processes and standards written and in place to act accordingly. Ryonet values team work, and passionate effort by a variety of diverse skill sets. If you are looking for a place to simply be employed, DO NOT CONSIDER RYONET. But, if you want to put your passion to work and love what you do, this is the greatest place on earth.

      Cons

      You have to work more than 45 hours / week if you are on salary. This might be a con to some people. We have a small workforce, less than 60 people and 2 locations, so you don't get to fly under the radar and coast.
