      Pros

      Brands are amazing, people are positive, skilled and passionate.

      Cons

      Stingy with expenses / staff events. Leadership not listening to their employees when they provide valuable feedback on some of the problems they're experiencing. Not enough junior staff to help out and assist in some tasks, making it a very flat structure which isn't always good. HR Policies are not very flexible nor efficient, trainings have come to a halt for some reason.
