      Not a single pro. Like other reviewers have written, this company can fire you anytime and forget about your full and final settlement.

      Cons

      The list goes long but here are few: - No work culture - No IT process is followed - The owner will stand on your head and will keep asking every half hour - You can be fired anytime - Delay in salaries - No good projects to work on - Saturday is working - You will be treated like slave and insulted - No extra benefits or health insurance This list can keep going..

      Pros

      Working with this company was like dream coming true. All the colleagues of this company were like family members. Management is very cooperative, I worked 2 years with SNT InfoTech, and I feel that I have prospered both personally as well as professionally. Especially I would like to appreciate to Mr.sachin gupta, He is very hardworking person. If I will get a chance for rejoining, I will feel lucky

      Pros

      Learning + Growth + Fun. The Company has a great learning culture. I started as a Sr. Sales Executive and eventually got promoted to AM Sales role and now helping the team to achieve their targets. I would recommend SNT Infotech to anyone who looking for a growth oriented and fun loving company.

      Cons

      there are always some cons. no one can be perfect but I appreciate the management, admin department and HR who constantly tries to fill all the gaps and provide a healthy office environment.
