Pros
Despite of the heavy workload due to shortage of staff, the boss and colleagues are very supportive and always offer to help. It is very unforgettable experience as i learnt how to do tax on hand.
Cons
As majority of the seniors and clients are chinese, i have a difficulty to communicate with them and sometimes lead to misunderstanding. Sometimes there is also lot of works that needed OT at home or on weekend.
