      -Lots of training and personal development -Lots of encouragement -Lots of networking events -Recognition for being weekly or monthly lead salesman -Prizes and special events for top achieving salesman

      -There isn't any professional development such as further qualifications to be achieved -Worked very long hours -Pay isn't always guaranteed as it is commission based -Long travelling, must pay for own travelling expenses
