Working at S1 is like being a part of a football team on a winning streak. Everyone knows, likes, and trusts each other to do their jobs and everyone owns the outcome. It’s never hard to speak your mind even in the face of conflict.
Cons
The work can be demanding and a lot is expected of each other. Getting by with hood enough doesn’t work here.
