Nice colleagues but they have since left and truly no one's left.
Cons
The current team represents a 99% change compared to the 2020 or earlier teams. The membership and content manager both joined in early 2021 but left within a month. Everyone else who had joined in late 2020 have also left. This place is run on the whims of the Executive Director. If you say something that is counter to her thinking, you run the risk of being asked to leave. It's as simple as that. If you manage to get an interview, please ask the ED about the 99 per cent staff attrition rate. This is a new record and unheard of. You've been warned. Join at your own risk. Board will tell you it's normal for people to come and go. Go figure.
