      Pros

      I enjoy my job and what makes it even better are the people I get to work alongside. I am very thankful for the fun we have, but even more so, the grace extended when I make mistakes. The people I get to rub shoulders with truly make SAFY a great place to work!

      Cons

      Sometimes our meetings go longer than expected and that drives me crazy. But it is a small con outweighed by the positives!

      Coworkers are great, sometimes flexible schedules

      Cons

      High case loads of over 17 clients. Upper management offers no support. Foster parents are not punished for not upholding their end of contracts
