      The kids and the families.

      Cons

      Management allows workplace bullying because it’s easier to ignore than do anything about it. Full of gossip and negative behavior. Management plays favorites and allows those favorites to do significantly less than others.

      Coworkers are great, sometimes flexible schedules

      Cons

      High case loads of over 17 clients. Upper management offers no support. Foster parents are not punished for not upholding their end of contracts
