We would like to know if you can share your identity with the company HR so that we can get the assurance that you were the ex employee and accordingly we can sort out the the challenges you faced. You have mentioned issues related to salary, HR policy but these things we discuss before the joining and same is mentioned over the appointment letter and guidelines which you duly sign as per your own will. If you were not pleased with the things mentioned then you had all the rights to not to join the company.
