      Pros

      Work life balance can be maintained easily. Only sensible and humour talk inside the company. Good Clientele. Rapidly growing. Nice management specially the (Director).

      Cons

      No Indian clients. Only overseas clients. Have to travel a lot (maybe it's a positive for bachelors).
