Pros

The company has the highest attrition rate I’ve ever seen, especially in the Marketing department. The Director and Manager show no concern for the constant turnover, every month, new employees join only to be fired or leave soon after. They also make misleading salary commitments, structuring pay with a minimal basic salary and including bonuses or incentives to avoid fair end-of-service benefits. Overall, it’s an unstable and unprofessional workplace.

Cons

Due to the lack of knowledge and leadership skills of the Head of Department, they are often easily influenced and manipulated by those they are close to or frequently interact with.

Pros

Supportive colleagues (if you’re lucky).

Cons

The management here is incompetent and insecure, often resorting to bullying tactics that make employees feel worthless. I will share a few examples to explain: I was once told not to put my hands in my pockets while standing. During a family emergency where my brother had an accident, I was by his side with an ambulance present. I informed my manager about the situation, including sending pictures. Within five minutes, I was pressured to leave my injured brother and reach the office as soon as possible. Management dictates everything — from how to stand to how to write emails — creating a culture where employees constantly doubt themselves. Many colleagues left after public confrontations due to the frequent use of foul language and shouting in the office. Shouting at employees in front of everyone was a regular occurrence. The IT and HR departments are particularly toxic. Complaints made to HR about abusive behavior never result in meaningful action, and instead, the managers responsible are often promoted. HR's primary goal is to protect the company, not the employees. Additionally, there is constant monitoring of employee systems. Files, emails, and activities are routinely checked, so employees should avoid storing anything personal on office systems. Despite all the negativity, one positive aspect is supportive colleagues. I was fortunate to work with a team that was helpful and cooperative, which made the experience slightly better Bullying and insecure management. Disregard for personal emergencies. Unprofessional language and public criticism. HR’s ineffectiveness in addressing complaints. Excessive monitoring of employee systems.
