1. worst management, they provide fake promises on training, bonus, employee retainment. 2. No segregation of duties, Only 1 head controls and make the bias decision. 3. Worst unethical and two faced successmanager who saves his job by ruining others, irresponsive and unethical managers and Ceo. 4. Undue pressure and performance evaluation based on company's in ability to secure you to work with client. 5. Revenue minded folks with least attention to ones career growth or development. 6. 5 out of 11 hires left the job upon employment in 4 months due to unethical tone at the top, even folks are forced to resign on medical planned leave.
