      Pros

      At it's heart, the mission is good. Coworkers at the same management level were truly the saving grace of SBP.

      Cons

      - TOXIC management - overworked and severly underpaid employees - no work life balance - while reports of the organization praise how much work they've done, management often sits on decisions and funds and lets months pass before doing anything - management often throws their employees under the bus - CEO is horrible, condescending, rude, big-headed. COO is nice though - management likes to "dig deeper" but don't listen

      The people who work at SBP are amazing. As a remote organization, SBP has done a great job of connecting team members.

      Cons

      Not many to speak of. Strong leadership.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to take on more work and get experience. Great for starting out after college. Pay was low but pretty great benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay for a lot of work which can lead to burnout.
