Severely underpay based on industry standards. Management lacks the ability and desire to run the company properly. History of just using interns for cheap labor then turning over when they want a full time job. Sales Reps are mismanaged and not given proper support. Inside sales slowly taking over as they are cheaper than experienced sales reps. Management does not value or respect employee opinions/time. A few “good ol boys” that know each other somehow made their way in to leadership and are hiring family friends to run the company that are unqualified at best.
