      Pros

      SC Associates has been the only place that is true to the meaning Work/Life Balance. Sharron is very flexible and will try to help as much as she can to help her employees. She took care of all her employees during the Covid situation and made sure that we had everything we needed. If we needed something she got it for us and it was not just work equipment she was offering to help with but just normal household items to help us during this quarantine.

      Pros

      The firm cares about the employees and the clients. The firms wants the employees to grow and offers tuition reimbursement and has lots of in house training. The company cares about doing good work and and helping clients, not just making money.

      Cons

      Public accounting is a hard field and it is hard to find new staff as the firm grows.
