Pros
Leadership is accessible and the company is not setup into silos/groups/divisions. The company works together as a whole and shares resources. There is a focus on the client experience and there are minimal internal hurdles and red tape to jump through to get your work done. Micro management isn't a thing here.
Cons
Due to the size, there isn't always a process or defined way of doing things. This frustrates some people, but is an opportunity to work more efficiently and have more control over your work product and time.
