There is always an excuse for not getting commissions paid out. This company will do anything in their power to screw you over. They are sexist and do not support females starting a family in this role, the GM even stated so to me. The expectations for the work are insane, especially with no commissions being paid out. The customers view the company as a hard place to do business with and they do not trust the products.
