      Pros

      Can't even give you a reason. Personally a waste of work expierence unless you overwork yourself (45+ hours a week) then the upper management might see you.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional management. Never got a proformance review in my entire time of working. Felt really discrimined while working being a minority in the work environment. Super underpaid for the volume of work you'll be doing.

      Pros

      A lot of innovation happening; both on the labs side, and the saas side of business. Quality people = quality work.

      Cons

      The cannabis industry is in flux at the moment. Payment and regulatory constraints make it difficult for operators to turn a profit (ie- AR becomes difficult).

      Pros

      You learn the value of getting paid well because these people will underpay you for as long as they can.

      Cons

      This workplace has an insane employee turnover. The reason is the horrible attitude of the leadership. These arrogant people pay pennies and push employees to work stressful and exhausting hours. It's ridiculous.
