Nice work-life balance, kind management, clean office, people at SCA are generally nice, no micro-managing, good technology and Enterprise Reporting Systems
Cons
Very terrible on-boarding process, lacks diversity, people can be cliquey, slow/limited growth opportunities, at times feels like a white boys club, lack of career development opportunities (especially for recent college graduates)
