Pros
Been at this company for a little over 3 years, and while I was skeptical at first, it actually turned out to be my dream job.
Once the company figured out what it's really good at, it's been able to take over their biggest competitors, and are now positioned as the #1 OT security company in the industry. Overall a talented team that empowers their workers and lets them grow.
Cons
Took a while to adjust to the fast-paced startup life, but as an adrenaline junkie it has grown on me. Very little not to like about this org. If there is anything I feel isn't right, I communicate with my manager and it gets taken care of. Pretty rare these days.
