Pros
Good benefits, helping students, some nice buildings, some very nice dedicated people who want to help children learn.
Cons
Good lord the paperwork is always on the flow! Also what I would call knee jerk reaction policy from Principals and administrative staff. Nepotism is riff within the organization and seems to be a social promotion system for minorities. Kinda sorry for choosing teaching, hopefully will get a job that pays more than 40,000.00 gross with a net 31,890.00 Know of a interim principal promoted only after 1 year AP experience. (Minimum 2 years) He was made the interim principal. Principals will take up for parents and students before teachers. Georgia really needs a union for better negotiation power.
